ROOFMATE® is one of the highest quality roofing and waterproofing systems available. This flexible, U.V. resistant elastomeric compound is made of 100% acrylic emulsion and other best raw materials and is fully reinforced with a tough nonwoven polyester fabric designed for all roofing and flashing applications such as the metal roof joints, seams and ridge cap.

ROOFMATE® is safe to handle and requires no special equipment to install. It provides a long lasting, energy efficient surface that when properly installed by a certified applicator carries a warranty up to 25 years. When managed through a proper maintenance schedule, the warranty can be extended.

Power wash and clean all surface to be waterproofed.
Rusty metal roof should be primed with STEELMATE SYSTEM.
EPDM Surfaces should be primed with CleanAct primer.
Identify the wide of waterproof system and select the right size fabric such as 6¡± for metal roof joints, 8¡± for skylight and 12¡± for ridge.
Apply one coat of ROOFMATE basecoat to the substrate, ROOFMATE fabric lay into the wet ROOFMATE basecoat, finally a second coat of ROOFMATE basecoat saturating the fabric from above, making sure there are no wrinkles or air pockets. Overlap fabric is about 4 inches.
ROOFMATE basecoat should only be applied with roof brush. Rolling and spraying of ROOFMATE basecoat are absolutely forbidden.
Apply the ROOFMATE topcoat to the treated area in one coat or two coats.
